A woman gets killed by a loose wheel from a truck. An investigation ensues. The target is a freight company. The media is on the lookout for a scandal. A wheel-manufacturing company gets involved in the web of conspiracy. 

These are ingredients for a cooking a good and interesting narrative. However, the storytelling is straightforward. Not exactly boring. Though I don't mean describing it as such, I still say it but not meaning it in a bad way. The level of intrigue leaves me not caring about the movie ends.
