The movie claims to be a look into a dystopian Philippines in  some future time in the eyes of a young boy who just lost his mother. 

I'll make this brief. 

I didn't see dystopia unfoldding on the screen. Meaning: terrible art direction. This is one of the most boring films I've ever seen in Cinemalaya. In my opinion: one of the worst ever.
