Very informative, sometimes inspiring, sometimes angry, this moving documentary by Yann Arthus-Bertrand (director), beautifully shot from above, depicts the interconnection of the problems on Earth, all linked to man’s search for ‘good life’ – environmental degradation, climate change, water shortage, and starvation. The film also shows the attempts, in pictorial essay, of some nations to live in harmony with nature.

This is a must-see for students and policy makers.

“It’s too late to be a pessimist.”
