A movie that suggests blurred lines between reality and virtual reality is not uncommon. In fact, movies such as The Matrix and eXistenZ used same visual template and succeeded. A Rough Draft is another attempt. However, it presents a blur that's more blurred. Its ambition is, in my opinion, loftier so that the plot is difficult to follow. Of course, this is one movie where use of visual effects is justified.
