A North Korean guard (Im) is sent to Seoul with a mission - to extradite back home a criminal believed to have committed murder and smuggled out counterfeit plates. A South Korean detective (Kang) is paired with him to track the criminal. However, each of the pair is withholding information, not trusting each other, on the order of their respective countries. The movie tackles dynamics of trust and alliances despite uncomfortable situations. Some admirable action sequences and occasional comedic infusion help make entertaining narrative flow. It's been a while since I've seen a good movie featuring a duo as main characters. The pairing is odd, but effective.
